Logging In and Signing Out
Please refer to the links below for help logging into Your Account and information
about how and when you should sign out.
You are automatically asked to log into your Reado.com account any time you need
to access account or order information to review or change something. If you have
trouble logging in, here are some things to check:
- Incorrect E-mail Address: Your e-mail address must be in this format: username@domain.com
(or .net, .org, .edu, etc.). If you have more than one e-mail address, be sure that
you're using the correct e-mail address and password combination for the account
you are trying to access. Also, if your computer is set to auto-complete the e-mail,
make sure it's the correct e-mail address listed.
- Incorrect Password: If you're sure you're using the correct e-mail address, try
to reset your password. Simply visit http://www.reado.com
and click the forgot password option, an email will be sent to your registered email
address. Your new password will be effective immediately.
If you are using a public terminal, you will want to log off, or sign out, before
you leave the computer. You'll be able to tell if you are signed in by the options
you see in the right-hand column of Help:
- If you are signed into Reado.com: Your account name and a "Logout" link will
appear above the main menu in the top right-hand of our pages. You can click the
"Logout" link at any time to exit your Reado.com account.
- If you are not signed into Reado.com: The "Logout" link will not be available.
What happens when I sign out?
After you sign out, your name will be removed from the home page, and your Reward
account settings will be inaccessible to anyone using the same computer after you.
We recommend that you sign out only when you feel that you must. If we can't identify
you, it will be difficult for us to identify the audiobooks that might be of interest
to you.
To regain access to the items saved in your Shopping Cart, to place orders, or to
view your recommendations, you'll need to sign in again.
