Reado.com offers multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card &
Debit Card (including American Express,Visa and Master Card), Net Banking, E-Gift
Voucher and Reward Account. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and
private. Think Ink Media Inc. and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption
technology to protect your card information.
Pricing and Availability
Reado.com sells AudioBooks on behalf of Think Ink Media Inc. or other publishers
for whom Think Ink Media Inc. does not control the inventory or its availability.
Hidden Charges
There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with Think Ink Media
Inc. through reado.com. In addition, audiobooks purchased on reado.com are not subject
to any type of convenience or processing charge/s.
Age Limit
Reado.com does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products
for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use reado.com only with the
involvement of a parent or guardian.
Amount of AudioBooks per Customer or "Book download Limits"
When purchasing AudioBooks on reado.com you are limited to a specified number of
AudioBooks for each event login, that has been currently restricted to 10 books
download in total. Think Ink Media Inc. reserves the right to change this limit
any time.
Order Confirmation
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page
or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message
or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility
to confirm the same form your booking history or with the Customer Service Department,
either by emailing
helpdesk@reado.com or
by calling our helpline mentioned on the
Contact Us page,whether
or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may
occur during the purchase process. Think Ink Media Inc. will not be responsible
for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because
you failed to receive confirmation.
Refunds and Exchanges
Downloadable Books :
Before purchasing AudioBooks, carefully review your downloading details. Think Ink
Media Inc. prohibits exchanges or refunds after an audiobook has been downloaded
or for incorrect download selection, incorrect email address provided to Think Ink
Media Inc. during registration, as the link for audiobook/s download will be sent
to the registered email address only.
Physical Format (Books on a CD/DVD):
When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our
Purchase Policy . Think Ink Media Inc. will exchange an audio book if delivered
in physical form against any manufacturing defects that are reported to us within
five (5)days of receiving the product. To request a replacement, simply contact
us with your purchase details including your order number (sent to you via email
after ordering also included with the courier) and optionally tell us why you’re
requesting an exchange – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to
constantly improve our products and quality of service. Replacements are being processed
within 21 days period after receiving the request by our team.
Billing Information Verification.
Some orders will be processed only after a billing address, and other billing information,
has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account
information for an audiobook order that can delay processing and delivery. In these
cases, Think Ink Media Inc. customer service will attempt to contact you, using
the information provided at the time of purchase. If Think Ink Media Inc. is unable
to reach you after its initial attempt, Think Ink Media Inc. may cancel your order
and may inform you on the registered email address.
Delivery
Think Ink Media Inc. offers multiple delivery options. The options may vary from
order to order. Currently the following delivery options are available:
- Email confirmation: Your download confirmation with a special download code (active
only for 24 hrs.) will be sent via an email. This confirmation code is required
to be entered every time you need to download a book. Once the code expires after
24 hours, customer can request another confirmation code for downloading it again.
- In case of physical audiobooks, delivery will be attempted twice before cancelling
your transaction
Important
- Once an audiobook order is paid for downloading, it remains in the consumers/users
library for future downloading and is considered sold.

Pricing and Other Errors
If the amount you pay for an audiobook is incorrect regardless of whether because
of an error in a price posted on this web site or otherwise communicated to you,
or you are able to order an audiobook before its scheduled on-sale or presale date
or you are able to order an audiobook that was not supposed to have been released
for sale, then: Think Ink Media Inc. will have the right to cancel that audiobook
(or the order for that audiobook) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This
will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction
of this web site.

Gift Vouchers
- Reado.com vouchers are issued by Think Ink Media Inc. and may only be redeemed through
our website, www.reado.com towards the purchase of AudioBooks on reado.com for participating
publishers. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed directly at any of our partner publishers’
websites, or any other website operated by third-party merchants accessible from
our site.
- If the available amount on a reado.com vouchers claim code is Less than the transaction
amount, the balance of the order must be paid with a valid credit card.
- Think Ink Media Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen reado.com vouchers, except
as required by law. In certain circumstances, Think Ink Media Inc. may replace or
cancel lost or stolen reado.com vouchers with proof of purchase acceptable to Think
Ink Media Inc.
- Think Ink Media Inc. may change (add to, delete, or amend) these terms from time
to time. Unless we state otherwise, the changes will apply to any new reado.com
vouchers that you purchase.
- Reado.com vouchers are for personal, non-commercial use and enjoyment only. They
may be shared with family and friends, but may not be advertised, sold or used as
promotional items by the purchaser or anyone else without Think Ink Media Inc.´s
prior written consent.
- Your purchase or use of reado.com vouchers will be deemed your agreement to these
term
Reward Account
Deals on buying books using Reado cash and currency are decided weekly by reado.com;
the deals may or may not vary weekly.
Customers have an option to purchase any of our audio books and pay at special prices
using Reado currency /cash through their Reward Account. If a customer finds an
audio book on our website that they like, they are given an option to buy using
one of payment options ( credit card, debit card , internet banking etc.), or buy
the same audio book for a much lesser price using Reado currency/cash. Reado.com
and Think Ink Media Inc. reserves the rights for the Reward account, Reado currency
and Reado Cash. Think Ink Media Inc. may change the discount options for Reado cash
from time to time without any prior notice.
