Sumit has over a decade’s professional experience in the media industry. He started
with Eagle Home Entertainment and established it as India’s Largest Home Entertainment
brand. An audio book lover and tech geek he launched Reado an audio book brand.
He also conceptualised Reado.com as an audio book portal with no DRM (Digital Rights
Management). With a keen eye for design, Sumit is responsible for the design of
Reado.com and all its products and for forging all important and strategic partnerships.

Kunal Pancholi: Co Founder
A Management graduate, having worked in Banking and Film Marketing, Kunal Pancholi
has always been an avid reader. Responsible for READO’s branding, marketing and
concept level initiation, he has since been its true evangelist. Carrying a potent
mix of contagious enthusiasm and a sharp focus on market economics, Kunal moonlights
as READO’s corporate and enterprise business handler. Kunal loves the color blue,
hates ties and is a closet story-teller.

Siddharth Suneja: VP Operations
Born and raised in New Delhi, Siddharth completed his graduate degree in Journalism
and Mass Communication from Amity University. From a very early age, Siddharth wanted
to be an entrepreneur, and when his brother, Sumit came up with the idea of launching
audio books in India, he could not help but get involved. An avid audio book listener
himself, he immideately saw the potential of the idea. At Reado Siddharth oversees
all the operational activities that come into play from the time of production to
the time of stock delivery. Apart from his work, he is very passionate about two
things, Video Games and Sports. He spends most of his time playing FIFA or following
the sporting events that involve the Indian Cricket Team, Rafael Nadal or Liverpool
Football Club.

Aneesha Ranjan: Head of Production
Aneesha graduated in Journalism from Lady Shri Ram College. She worked with media
powerhouses like NDTV and BBC World Wide gaining valuable experience before handling
productions for Reado. At Reado, Aneesha oversees all activities pertaining to content
production and creative direction. She is also responsible for Content acquisition.
An adventure sports enthusiast and avid book listener she still regularly finds
time to curl up with her favourite paperbacks. .

Abhishek Bedi: Project Manager
Abhishek is an Engineer by profession but an Entrepreneur and a Technologist by
passion. He has spent most of his life in the city of sails Auckland, New Zealand.
He holds Masters of Engineering from Auckland University of Technology. He joined
Think Ink Media Inc., after returning to India, with a vision of establishing Reado.com
as a world leader in the audio book space. An enthusiast by nature Abhishek pursues
his dreams by learning and discovering, hence Reado.com seemed to be the ideal choice.
As Project Manager, Abhishek is in charge of Think Ink Media’s IT department which
includes the Software, IT infrastructure and R&D departments.He is primarily involved
in overseeing, designing and developing all the Information Technology related solutions
for reado.com services. A patriot, Abhishek likes to spend most of his free time
with his family exploring ‘Incredible India’, its people and new trends in Technology
and Business sector.
